                                We   provide   following   services  to  our  elite  members  .

We  are   having   3  types  of   policies   for  our  members.

(1)     That members enrolled with us will be fully shielded by us till last day of their membership. We believe in our moto and stick to it that we will serve you and you serve society.

(2)     That we will provide full legal assistance to our members for complete tenure of membership even after that in case of any undue delay in renewing the membership we will serve our clients for next one moth as a grace period.

(3)     That in case our member opt out of membership but if during the pendency of his membership any litigation is pending in any court either the members is plantiff/complainant or petitioner/appellant or defendant/accused or respondent then also will be handle that case till satisfaction of our member. Once the case/appeal, complaint or revision etc is finally decided and till then also the member did not renewed his membership we accept that members case on priority basis but for that we will charge fees but less then prevailing fees.

(4)     That other medico legal experts (risk management companies) provide their services on conditional basis and only provide their services up to limited concern and limited times only and once the limit is exceeded they charge on market rates but we will provide you full assistance up to complete tenure of your membership.

(5)     That if the member gets himself enrolled as a member but does not get his hospital, paramedical staff, medical machinery and other tools AND that we will be only liable for our member. If the said member at any latter stage wants to get his staff and machinery covered under our policy in that event the charges will be depending upon the prevailing market rates.

We promise to serve you as under:-

(1)     That if any of our member approaches us for any assistance covered under the policy and lodge his grievance to our customer care executive in that event we will respond from 30 minutes to 3 hrs within normal working hours.

(2)     That once you get enrolled with us, from that very moment you worries and grievances are ours.

(3)     That neither are we new in this field nor inexperienced. We have ample of experience of working for a self proclaimed international company and during that tenure we have handled more then 500 medico legal cases and the results were satisfactory and the doctors appreciated our experts work.

(4)     That we are having our tie up with an national insurance company, yet either we wont get deep into any such situations but in case of any unwilling situation even  then also our members have no need to worry as even then our insurer will pay for the grievance covered.

(5)     That we will be in continuous touch with our members and guide them time to time, check their records (if the members wish so) so the same could be up to date under the  prevailing laws, local laws and rules.

(6)     That we are running face book account, page and even blogs for our members convenience, but if still any member have any query in that event also we will answer their queries. We aim to serve you for long term.

(7)     THAT THE LAST AND FOEMOST POINT IS THAT ONCE YOU CHOOSE US FROM THAT VERY MOMENT we will provide you full assistance, support in all your professional and personal issues. WE ASSURE YOU TO SERVE:-

(a)     We will provide you assistance on legal issues concerning medical profession.

(b)     If any civil, criminal, consumer or even negotiable case is filed against our members we will contest the same for our members.

(c)     If there is necessity to file any civil, criminal, consumer or even negotiable instruments act on behalf of our member in that event also we will do all the needful.

(d)     If there are medical bills due of our members, either from insurer or patients and institutes in that event we will, serve legal notice, recovery suit, consumer complaint or even criminal complaint what ever is must and warranted in those circumstances. NOTE:- if our member wants to file any recovery suit in those consequences the court fees will be payable by our members, we will contest the litigation on their behalf under our cover.

(e)     That in case of dead bills or dead amounts if we make the recovery on behalf of our members in these circumstances we will charge 10% of the recovered amount, before recover or without recovery nothing will be charged.

Note:- we  reserve our rights to amend alter these conditions if any such requirement as per law, local acts or govt notifications if found necessary to do so.

In case of any litigation against R & D Associates, as the head office is at Ludhiana in such circumstances only courts at Ludhiana will have jurisdiction to try and entertain such litigation.

ONCE YOU BECOME OUR MEMBER WE WILL ISSUE YOU A UNIQUE ID NO on our receipt.  AND AT THE TIME OF CONTACTING US OUR MEMBERS WILL HAVE TO GIVE REFRENCE OF THAT UNIQUE ID. SERVING YOU IS OUR PRIORITY AND MOTO AS WE SERVE YOU, YOU SERVE SOCIETY.
